Today’s post as well as next week’s will partner off of each other. I have talked briefly in the past but it is super important to me that we understand there’s differences between facing fears and stretching boundaries. In my view, stretching boundaries means means going just past your comfort zone limits. Boundaries are established to keep one safe and contain yourself within an area. Your comfort zone is where you stay and hone in on your skills. Someone who lives in their comfort zone may grow in their expertise of the skill but may not learn about different aspects about their comfort zone. Stretching those boundaries involves changing those boundaries. Grow in a different or unique understanding of what you like doing. Living in your comfort zone while comforting is not how you can grow as a person. Look for ways to grow as person while stretching boundaries.
