One aspect of life lessons I know is a hallmark for me is my work. My parents always had a saying growing up, “Your word is your contract, your work is your signature” The importances of taking pride in your work is something that still sits with me today at 31 years old. I believe that I am such a harsh critic because I have always stressed about what my finished product looks like. This ultimately has lead to an increase in my anxiety. With management however, I have been able master the difference between what is my best effort and what is something that is just thrown together casually without care. Whatever task is assigned to your name I want to encourage and challenge you to put your best effort forward. If your work is truly your signature, make sure to leave one that signifies that you are a person of great character.
Take Care and Be Well,
